Mr. Abdullah A Al Shilash is the CEO of Alkhair Capital Saudi. He also is the Vice Chairman of Alkhair Capital Dubai Ltd. as well as the Chairman of Quora Finance.

Mr. Abdullah has over 12 years of experience across real estate Investments, Advisory and Capital Market. He graduated from Columbia University in the city of New York in Finance and also holds and an MBA from USA

Managing Director & CEO Advisor

Mr. Talal joined Al-Khair Capital Saudi Arabia in 2012 He is currently the Managing Director and CEO of Al-Khair Capital. He has over 17 years of experience in the field of operations management through his work in financial institutions such as Samba Financial Group and Al Rajhi Capital.

Chief Governance and Compliance Officer

Mansour Habadi joined Alkhair Capital Saudi Arabia in January 2016 and has over 7 years of experience in the Capital Market rules, regulations and its violation in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia, as he was working with Capital Market Authority.

Mansour has a master degree in International Accounting, Finance and Strategy from Sussex University- UK, and a Bachelor of Accounting from King Abdulaziz University.

Head of Business Development

Mohammed joined Alkhair Capital Saudi Arabia in 2015. He has over 18 years’ experience spanning the banking and financial services sectors, including several years’ experience at Arab National Bank and other Saudi Arabian companies. At Arab National Bank ,Mohammed served as Branch Manager.He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from King Faisal University.

Head of Corporate Finance and Investment

Ziad earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. He has over 18 years’ investment banking and alternative investments experience, served with regional and international institutions. Prior to joining Alkhair Capital, Ziad assumed several positions and increasing responsibilities with CIB, Bank Julius Baer, NBK Capital, and Andersen. He advised on high-profile transactions in mergers and acquisitions, equity- and debt-capital markets, and private-equity transactions across sectors, namely Healthcare and Pharma, FMCG, Education, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Real Estate and Construction. Ziad served on the boards and executive committees of several private-equity portfolio companies across several markets and sectors.

Head of Asset Management

Mazen abouatie joined Al Khair Capital Saudi Arabia in July 2013 with more than 12 years of experience in the investment area through his work with KASB Capital and Al Khadijah Investment. His expertise in fundamental financial analysis, portfolio management and investment funds.

Chief Financial Officer

Waheed Bangash joined Alkhair Capital Saudi Arabia in June 2017. Mr. Bangash has overall 22 years of work experience. He started professional career with Ernst & Young Bahrain in Assurance and Advisory Business Services and held a number of senior positions in organizations such as Eskan Bank Bahrain, SEDCO Holding Jeddah and has worked in public services as well. Mr. Bangash holds professional degree (ACCA - Fellowship) from UK, BSc (Hon) from Oxford Brookes University UK, Certified Islamic Finance Executive, Dubai and Higher Diploma in Software Engineering, Bahrain.

Head of Wealth Management

Ziad started his carrier in the Saudi Central Bank and thereafter moved to the financial services sector. Ziad has nearly 14 years of career experience, including Asset Management, Business Development & Wealth Management.

Ziad holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas State University San Marcos

Talal A. Al-Abdulkarim joined Alkhair Capital Saudi Arabia in July 2012 and has over 15 years of experience in the financial services in sector Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia including Riyadh Bank, Albilad Bank and Arabian Capital.

Head of business Development - Western

Joined AlKhair Capital in 2021 with extensive skills that were acquired over the past 16 years. Experienced in investments with an outstanding achievements in the field. With a great enthusiasm as the Head of Business Development in the Western Region, business improvements are the foundation for your competitive market. Bachelor’s degree graduate in Computer Science from King Abdulaziz University.

PhD – member

Dr. Yousef holds a Bachelor’s degree in the Faculty of Sharia and the Fundamentals of Islam in Al-Qassim as well as a Master’s and Doctorate from the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Higher Institute for the Elimination of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh University. He has worked as a researcher on the Board of Grievances, as a lecturer and secretary of the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence Higher Institute of the Judiciary, as well as an agent of the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence Higher Institute of the Judiciary. He was then sent to teach in the Islamic Studies Department at the Institute of Islamic and Arabic Sciences in America. Dr. Yousef became a member of the teaching Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Higher Institute of the Judiciary, the Saudi Jurisprudence Assembly as well as an adviser to many of the legitimate bodies of Islamic banks and financial and economic institutions. He has held a number of senior positions, including Assistant Professor, Department of Fiqh at the Higher Institute of Sciences Islamic and Arab in America, as well as an Assistant Professor of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
