Mr. Abdullah A Al Shilash is the CEO of Alkhair Capital Saudi. He also is the Chairman of Quora Finance.

Mr. Abdullah has over 12 years of experience across real estate Investments, Advisory and Capital Market. He graduated from Columbia University in the city of New York in Finance and also holds and an MBA from USA

Chief Governance and Compliance Officer

Mansour Habadi joined Alkhair Capital Saudi Arabia in January 2016 and has over 7 years of experience in the Capital Market rules, regulations and its violation in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia, as he was working with Capital Market Authority.

Mansour has a master degree in International Accounting, Finance and Strategy from Sussex University- UK, and a Bachelor of Accounting from King Abdulaziz University.

Head of Business Development

Mohammed joined Alkhair Capital Saudi Arabia in 2015. He has over 18 years’ experience spanning the banking and financial services sectors, including several years’ experience at Arab National Bank and other Saudi Arabian companies. At Arab National Bank ,Mohammed served as Branch Manager.He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from King Faisal University.

Head of Corporate Finance and Investment

Ziad earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. He has over 18 years’ investment banking and alternative investments experience, served with regional and international institutions. Prior to joining Alkhair Capital, Ziad assumed several positions and increasing responsibilities with CIB, Bank Julius Baer, NBK Capital, and Andersen. He advised on high-profile transactions in mergers and acquisitions, equity- and debt-capital markets, and private-equity transactions across sectors, namely Healthcare and Pharma, FMCG, Education, Industrial and Manufacturing, and Real Estate and Construction. Ziad served on the boards and executive committees of several private-equity portfolio companies across several markets and sectors.

Head of Asset Management

Mazen abouatie joined Al Khair Capital Saudi Arabia in July 2013 with more than 12 years of experience in the investment area through his work with KASB Capital and Al Khadijah Investment. His expertise in fundamental financial analysis, portfolio management and investment funds.

CEO’s Advisor

Talal A. Al-Abdulkarim joined Alkhair Capital Saudi Arabia in July 2012 and has over 15 years of experience in the financial services in sector Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia including Riyadh Bank, Albilad Bank and Arabian Capital.

Chairman

Shaikh Dr. Yousef has a bachelor's degree from the College of Sharia and Fundamentals of Islam in Qassim, as well as a master's degree and Ph. D from the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Higher Institute of Judiciary, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh. He worked as a Sharia researcher at the Board of Grievances, a lecturer, and secretary of the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Higher Institute of Judiciary. In addition, he was Undersecretary of the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Higher Institute of Judiciary. he got a scholarship in the Department of Islamic Studies at the Institute of Islamic and Arabic Sciences in the United States of America. Also became a Teaching Staff of Comparative Jurisprudence member at the Higher Institute of Judiciary, the Saudi Jurisprudence Society. In addition, he consulted many Sharia boards in Islamic banks and financial and economic institutions. He was assigned to several senior positions, including Assistant Professor in the Department of Jurisprudence at the Higher Institute of Islamic and Arabic Sciences in the United States of America and Assistant Professor at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.

Shaikh Dr. Jameel Alkhalaf was assigned many scientific positions, such as part-time consultant to Eminence the Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Dean of the College of Sharia at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, Shaikh Dr. Jameel Alkhalaf was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Jurisprudence Society in its fifth session. In addition, he was Director of the Center of Research Excellence in the Jurisprudence of Contemporary Issues at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and Professor of Graduate Studies at the College of Sharia in Riyadh.

He has participated in and moderated several seminars, conferences, panel discussions, and workshops. Shaikh Dr. Jameel Alkhalaf also participated in several scientific, research, administrative, and media committees and had a bachelor's and master's degree and a doctorate in jurisprudence and its fundamentals.

Shaikh Dr. Fahad was appointed as Associate Professor at the Department of Jurisprudence at the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies at Qassim University, took over the management of the Sharia Research Center at the college, and supervised the Sheikh Ibn Uthaymin Saudi Islamic scholar Chair for Sharia Studies, and he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Scientific Society of Islamic Banking, and the Sharia Committee for the preparation of a draft code of judicial rulings.

Shaikh Dr. Jameel Alkhalaf got a Ph.D. from the College of Sharia at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and a master's degree from King Saud University, and he has several specialized publications and research.
